We are about providing you with an experience you’ll cherish and remember for years.

Welcome Beachwood Resort Guests! Sit back, relax and enjoy the spectacular view while dining at our lakeside restaurant. Monday and Tuesday we offer an all you can eat buffet. The rest of the week, your meal plan includes a choice of soup or salad, followed by a choice of entrée. Also included is a non-alcoholic beverage. Appetizers and desserts are available for an additional charge.

Kansas City Smoked Half Rack of Ribs
½ rack pork side ribs, smoked and finished with house made maple chipotle barbeque sauce

Chicken Marsala
Grilled chicken breast topped with a mushroom marsala sauce

Korean Style Beef Short Ribs
Beef short ribs marinated and finished on the grill, topped with green onion and toasted sesame seeds

7 oz house made all beef burger with your choice of toppings

Fettuccini Alfredo – Shrimp or Chicken

Fettuccini tossed in a classic creamy Alfredo sauce topped with your choice of shrimp or chicken

Chick Pea Coconut Stew
Chick peas, vegetables, & sweet potatoes in a tomato, coconut curry sauce and garnished with Morrocan preserved lemons. Served with Naan bread

Daily Special
Chef Mike adds a daily special of his choice. This is posted around 1:00 pm.

Woodfired Pizza

Margarita – tomato sauce, bocconcini mozzarella and fresh basil

Pepperoni – tomato sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella

Meat Lovers – tomato sauce, pepperoni, ham, sausage, bacon, and mozzarella

Mushroom & Goat Cheese – pesto sauce, mushrooms, red onion, goat cheese finished

with a balsamic glaze

Experience Frederick’s at Beachwood’s fine country cuisine daily while taking in the panoramic view of Lower Buckhorn Lake from your table. Whether you are staying at Beachwood or live nearby, the charming atmosphere is sure to please. Enjoy a glass of wine from our list while Chef Michael Henson prepares your dinner. There is nothing more exquisite than good wine, great food, cheerful service and a superb view. Make sure you take some time to walk the property and take in the surroundings, or sit by the fireplace, relaxing after a fine meal is good for the soul.
