Welcome Beachwood Resort Guests! Fall is a quieter time of year here at Beachwood. Sit back, relax and enjoy the autumn colours while dining at our lakeside restaurant. Monday through Thursday we offer an all you can eat buffet. Friday through Sunday, your meal plan includes a choice of soup or salad, followed by a choice of entrée and dessert. Also included is a non-alcoholic beverage.

Frederick’s Caesar
Fresh crisp romaine, bacon, seasoned croutons and parmesan cheese tossed in Frederick’s popular caesar dressing

Buffets: Monday through Thursday

Monday – Pan fried pickerel, pulled pork
Tuesday –
Salmon, steak and BBQ chicken
Wednesday – Roasted striploin, chicken marsala, Cornmeal dusted Trout

Thursday – Chicken wings, crunchie haddock, jalepeno poppers, nachos

 

All buffets include soup and salad, vegetables, dessert, non-alcoholic beverages

(excluding pastas/stews), are served with seasonal vegetables and your choice of: local wild rice pilaf, garlic red skin mashed potato, or home cut French fries.

Kansas City Smoked Half Rack of Ribs
½ rack pork side ribs, smoked and finished with house made maple chipotle barbeque sauce

Chicken Marsala
Grilled chicken breast topped with a mushroom marsala sauce

Garlic Butter Shrimp
Shrimp pan fried to perfection in garlic butter

Fred’s Classic Cheeseburger

7 oz house made all beef burger with your choice of toppings

Ribeye grilled to your liking and topped with a chimichurri sauce

Chick Pea Coconut Stew
Chick peas, vegetables, & sweet potatoes in a tomato, coconut curry sauce and garnished with Morrocan preserved lemons. Served with Naan bread

Children’s Entrées for 12 yrs and under
All entrées are served with seasonal vegetables. Entrees are also served with (excluding pasta and pizza) a choice of: local wild rice pilaf, garlic red skin mashed potato, or home cut French fries.

Fred’s House Burger: House made 5 oz all beef burger topped with cheddar

Chicken Fingers: All white boneless breasts breaded and deep fried

Chicken Wings: Chicken wings served with honey garlic, thai chili, Frank’s Red Hot or BBQ sauce

Penne: Tossed in a creamy alfredo or house made tomato sauce

Flatbread Pizza: Topped with tomato sauce and cheese with your choice of pepperoni or vegetable.

Whether you are staying at Beachwood or live nearby, the charming atmosphere is sure to please. Enjoy a glass of wine from our list while Chef Michael Henson prepares your dinner. There is nothing more exquisite than good wine, great food, cheerful service and a superb view. Make sure you take some time to walk the property and take in the surroundings, or sit by the fireplace, relaxing after a fine meal is good for the soul.
